No. Doorstep Pros is free for homeowners. Contractors pay us for the requests we send them, which is how we keep the service free for you.
How many companies will contact me?
One. Each request is matched to a single contractor who serves your area. If they can't help, we may offer you a different match.
Am I obligated to hire the contractor?
Not at all. Get a quote, ask questions, and decide on your own timeline.
Are you the contractor?
No. Doorstep Pros is a matching service. The contractors we work with are independent businesses responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance and pricing. We ask them to confirm licensing and insurance, but you should still check before hiring.
What happens to my information?
We share your request with the one contractor we match you with, and use it to follow up on your request. We don't sell it to lists. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
